Warranty Policy

All DNA specialty supplies products carry a 1 year warranty. Customers are welcome to return any defective parts within one year from the date of invoice. Warranty requirements are as follows, all warranty items must have a valid invoice that show the date item(s) were purchased or a valid date of invoice. We ask that you call and request an RMA number for all items being returned for warranty. Upon proper inspection we will determine whether products will replace the item or repair it.

Returns Policy

DNA will not accept any return without prior written authorization. All returns must be shipped PREPAID to our warehouse and must include purchase date, invoice number and a RMA number. We only accept goods returned within 30 days of purchase. If products are found to be misused, modified, improper installation or damaged by dealer or end user, DNA has the right to return the product to the dealer at their or end users expense. All warranties are non-transferable, limited to or through original retail purchaser only. DNA is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages by dealers or the end user.
